Implement the Village Law, Prabowo-Hatta Promise Gelontorkan Rp 1 Billion Per Year Per Village

One program that will be run Prabowo pair - Hatta Rajasa if elected as president and vice president are poured funds amounting to Rp 1 billion per rural / urban per year . This is an implementation of the Law on the Village . This program is one program in a populist economic vision Prabowo - Hatta .

In file included vision and mission as registration paperwork presidential and vice presidential candidates are submitted to the Commission , Prabowo 8 - Hatta designing programs to implement the social economy.

1 . Prioritizing increased budget allocation for development programs of agriculture, forestry , fishery, cooperatives and SMEs , as well as small and medium industries .

2 . Encourage national banks and other financial institutions to prioritize lending to farmers , ranchers , fishermen , laborers , servants , small and medium industries , traditional traders , and other small traders .

3 . Establishing Bank Farmers and Fishermen specifically lending agriculture, livestock , fisheries and marine , as well as the increase of capital for microfinance institutions lending to small people , farmers , ranchers , fishermen , laborers , traditional traders , and small traders .

4 . Protecting and modernize the traditional markets as well as consolidating state spending for the development of cooperatives and SMEs program and the revitalization of traditional markets .

5 . Protecting and fight for the rights of workers , including migrant workers ( TKI / TKW ) .

6 . Allocating the budget funds of at least one billion dollars (USD 1 billion ) per rural / urban per year directly to rural / urban , and implement the Law on the Village . Fund Budget prepared by Rp 385 trillion during 2015-2019 to 75 244 villages / wards. These funds are used for rural development programs and build the infrastructure for the people through the 8 ( eight ) Villages Programme , namely :

 1 . Roads, bridges , and irrigation or coastal villages
 2 . Electricity and clean water village
 3 . Cooperative village , village-owned enterprises ( BUMDes ) , Farmer -Owned Enterprises ( BUMP ) , and Microfinance Institutions
 4 . The Village Office
 5 . Rural Markets
 6 . Clinics and Rural Health House
 7 . Rural Education and Young Entrepreneur
 8 . Strengthening Information Systems and Devices Village Government

7 . Establishing Institutions Tabung Haji
8 . Accelerating agrarian reform to guarantee the people's land ownership , increasing access and more equitable land tenure and berkerakyatan , as well as providing low-cost housing for the people .
